WHEELER, RUTH E.
On Sunday, March 19, 2017, Ruth E. Wheeler passed away in Baltimore, MD. Ruth is survived by her husband Raymond L. Wheeler; children Joseph E. Fish, Lavelle E. Santmyer and Cheryl M. Purper (husand Walter); sister Mary Duncan (husband Kenneth); 14 grandchildren and 36 great-grandchildren. Ruth is preceded in death by her parents Joseph Hampton and Evelyn Winkel; children Cynthia Barracota, Donna L. Santmyer , Michelle D. Santmyer, and her brother Joseph Hampton.
A public visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 22, 2017, from 2-4pm and 6-8pm at BAILEY Funeral Home and Cremation Service, PA. The funeral service will take place during the second visitation, from 6:15-6:45pm. Interment will be private.
