On Friday, August 10, 2018, William L. B. Webster, Jr. passed away in Baltimore, MD. William is survived by his beloved daughter Camelia Webster; loving mother Mary Alice Webster and his siblings Michael Webster and Mary Ann Webster "Sissy"; preceded in death by his father William Lawrence Blackwell Webster, Sr.

A memorial service will be held on Thursday, August 23, 2018 from 3:00-4:00 PM at BAILEY Funeral Home and Cremation Service, PA.
