HUGEL, THOMAS THEODORE, SR. 

On Sunday, March 28, 2021, Thomas Theodore Hugel, Sr. passed away in Baltimore, MD. Thomas is survived by his devoted wife Nellie Jewell Hugel; beloved sons Thomas Theodore Hugel, Jr., Michael Wayne Hugel, Sr., Larry Joe Hugel; loving daughter Brooke Hope Lyndsay Grossmann (husband Eric Grossmann, II); devoted brother Frank Deforge Hugel (wife Karen); beloved sister Dorothy Helen Irvin; loving grandchildren Bryan Scott Hugel (fiancée Angel), Michael Wayne Hugel, Jr. (wife Candice), Zachary Ryan Hugel, Kristin Nicole Heitzer (husband John), Amber Lee Hugel, Delilah Louise Grossmann, Raelynn Hope-Marie Grossmann; devoted great grandchildren Shayla Nikole Hugel, Braylin Skye Hugel, Jayce Layne Heitzer, and Camdyn Naomi Hugel. Thomas is preceded in death by his beloved parents Thomas Clifton Hugel and Mary Fern Deforge; and his loving sisters Elonore N. Jenkins, Shirley Mae Stinebaugh, and Florence Jean Weiss. 

A public visitation will be held on Friday, April 2, 2021 from 5:00-7:00 PM at BAILEY Funeral Home and Cremation Service, PA.  A funeral service will immediately follow from 7:00-8:00 PM at the funeral home with military honors. Interment will be private. 

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the English Consul Volunteer Fire Department. 

In compliance with the state of Maryland COVID-19 regulations, all those in attendance are required to wear a mask upon entry to the funeral home.
