On Sunday, July 17, 2016, Savannah C. Webber passed away. Savannah is survived by her mother and step-father Jennifer Throngard and Melvin Throngard both of Halethorpe MD; father and step-mother Steven Webber and Trish Webber both of Plano, TX; step-father Bobby Perdue; godfather Alexander Lawrence of Glen Burnie MD; siblings Tyler Thompson, 18, Red Lion PA, Cameron Webber, 16, Halethorpe MD, Brandon Throngard, 14, Hurlock, MD, Lillian Perdue, 12, Odenton, MD, Elijah Throngard, 3, Halethorpe MD, Gabriel Throngard, 2, Halethorpe, MD, Aiden Webber, 12, Plano,TX, Lucas Webber, 10, Plano, TX, Peyton Webber, 9, Plano, TX; grandparents Lowell Throngard and Yolanda Throngard both of Severn, MD, Nancy Dooley of York PA, Joseph Perdue of Odenton, MD; also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.

Public Visitation will be held on Friday, July 22, 2016 from 6-8PM at BAILEY Funeral Home and Cremation Service, PA. A celebration of life and candle light vigil for Savannah will be held on Sunday, July 24, 2016 1-9PM at the English Consul Volunteer Fire Department 2827 Michigan Avenue, Baltimore MD 21227.
