On Thursday, November 16, 2023, Sandy D. Smith passed away in Pasadena, MD. Sandy is survived by her devoted husband, David Smith; beloved children Hannah Elizabeth Bartholomew, Grace Katherine Smith, Brooks Minor Smith, Maxwell David Smith; loving siblings Todd Moore, Tim Moore, Jim Moore, Debbie Cole; beloved mother Norma Faye Moore. Sandy is preceded in death by her father James Moore.

A public visitation will be held on Wednesday, November 22, 2023, from 3:00 – 5:00pm ant BAILEY Funeral Home and Cremation Service, PA. Interment will be private.
