On Wednesday, November 26, 2014, Ruth Miller, beloved mother to Ruth and Jacqueline; devoted sister to Doris, Dorothy and Jackie; beloved grandmother to Shannon, Jennifer, Bobby, Kimberly and Tiffany; devoted great-grandmother to Jamie, Scooter, Jessica, Cameron, Nicole, Gabby, and Nathan; survived by her ex-husband Robert Miller; preceeded in death by her parents Ruth and Walter Barrett, first husband Edward Ward, sisters Shirley and Linda, son Charles, and her dogs Bridgettt, Dusty, Samantha, and Chester.

Anyone who knew Ruth knows how much she loved to laugh, and anyone who laughed with Ruth will always remember that laugh!

A public visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 2, 2014 from 3-5pm and 7-9pm. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, December 3, 2014 at 11:00am at BAILEY Funeral Home and Cremation Service, PA. Interment will follow to Meadow Ridge Memorial Park 7250 Washington Blvd., Elkridge, MD 21075.
