Williams, preceded in death by his devoted grandparents Hubert and Mary Williams, and loving mother Cora Parks and brother George Williams; survived by his beloved wife Stephanie Williams; devoted children Tommy Ramper (wife Lisa), Tabitha Ramper (fiancé Chane McNamara), Tiffany Williams, Brandi Williams and Michelle Williams; loving grandchildren Elliott, Noah, Hailey, Skylar and Zelena.

Services will be held on Thursday, June 30, 2016 from 6:30PM-8:30PM at BAILEY Funeral Home and Cremation Service, PA. Memorial service will begin promptly at 7:30PM.
