On Tuesday, January 12, 2016, Patricia J. Higgins, preceded in death by her parents William Joseph Higgins and Catherine Higgins (nee Haag); beloved sister to William Joseph Higgins, Jr., Kevin Higgins, Mary Ann Beaumier (husband Robert), and Kathleen Dearstine (husband Ronald); devoted aunt to Kellie Ann, Shellie, Carolyn, Katie, Sarah, James, George, Bill, Kevin, Brian, Jack and Chris; preceded in death by her niece Jennie; survived by 6 great nephews and 3 great nieces; survived by her beloved dog Chocco.

A public visitation will be held on Monday, January 18, 2016, from 5:00pm-8:00pm at BAILEY Funeral Home and Cremation Service, PA.. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, January 19, 2016, at 12:00pm at St. Philip Neri Catholic Church 6405 S Orchard Road, Linthicum, MD 21090. Interment will follow to George Washington Cemetery 9500 Riggs Road, Adelphi, MD 20783.
