Sipes, Jr., loving husband to Miranda Sipes; devoted son to Angela Sipes; beloved father to Aubrie Raine Sipes; loving brother of David Allen Mullen and Daisy Ann Sipes; step-brother to Ernie Bozeman, Joseph Shojamanesh and Tammy Valentine-Jackson; survived by many nieces and nephews, many aunts and uncles and grandfather Wilson Sipes, Sr.; preceded in death by his father Michael James Sipes, Sr. and grandmother Beverly Sipes.
A public visitation will be held on Monday, August 22, 2016 from 2-4 PM and 6-8PM at BAILEY Funeral Home and Cremation Service, PA. Funeral service will be held on Tuesday, August 23, 2016 beginning promptly at 11:00AM at First Baptist Church of Lansdowne 2320 Alma Rd Halethorpe, MD 21227. Interment will follow to Maryland Veterans Cemetery Crownsville 1122 Sunrise Beach Rd, Crownsville, MD 21032. Arrival time 1:00pm.
