COLLISON, JAMES E., JR. 

James Ellis Collison, Jr. “Jimmy”, 66 passed away on May 7, 2020.  He was born May 25, 1953 in Baltimore, MD.  He worked most of his life in the construction industry.  He was the construction project manager for one of the largest commercial construction companies for over 10 years overseeing many multi-million dollar projects.  
He loved music, golf, eating crabs and watching sports and was a season ticket holder at one time for the Washington Redskins.  In his younger years Jimmy was a black belt in karate, played the guitar and was in a band called cubic cells.  Of all the things he loved, his favorite past time was spending time with his family, especially his son Dylan.
Jimmy was loved and respected by all that knew him and will be dearly missed.  We will always remember him for his generosity, sense of humor, infectious smile and laughter, his love for the Lord and his faith, which never wavered.
Jimmy was pre-deceased by his loving mother, Theresa Helen Collison.  He is survived by his father James Ellis Collison, Sr., son Dylan Collison, sister Theresa Thomas (husband Kenneth Thomas), brother Douglas S. Collison, his cherished nephews and niece, Kevin Crawford (wife Brandi Crawford), Chrissy Gay (husband Brian Gay) and Douglas J. Collison (wife Candy Collison), as well as his adored great nephews and nieces, Joshua, Liam, Evan, Branson, Makenzie and Kynlee.

A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, June 30, 2020 from 11:00AM-12:00PM at BAILEY Funeral Home and Cremation Service, PA. Interment will follow to Cedar Hill Cemetery 5829 Ritchie Hwy., Baltimore, MD 21225. In lieu of flowers, donations in Jimmy’s name may be made to a charity of your choice.
