On May 28, 2014, Glinda Cornelius, predeceased by her husband Charles Lee Bloom, her sister Caroline Scarborough and her brother Elmer Fizer; devoted mother to Howard Mitchell Bell IV (wife Tracey) and Margaret Ann Siebers (Husband Richard); beloved sister to Nancy Coldin, Betty Spalt and Delmis Harvey; devoted grandmother to Ashley Luttrell, Dustin Bell, Allyson Luttell, Devin Bell, Alyssa Siebers and Aimee Siebers.
Family and friends may gather for a Memorial Service on Tues. June 10, 2014, at 10:30AM at BAILEY Funeral Home and Cremation Service, PA 4023 Annapolis Road Halethorpe, MD 21227. Interment will follow at Angel Hill Cemetery 750 Ohio St., Havre de Grace, MD 21078.
