On July 20, 2014, Gladys Ann Baker, beloved daughter of Cobina Sanford, the late Joan Cummings, the late William Hudson and Vic Cummings; beloved companion of the late Franklin D. Mathews; devoted mother of Shelly Baker, John Baker, Thomas Mathews, Dominic Jefferson, Sr. and James Mathews, Sr.; step-mother of Brenda Mathews-Graves and Stephen Mathews; devoted sister of Sharon Welker, Jack Roberson, Diane Roberson, April Wolfe, the late Victor A. Cummings, Frank Hudson, Mary Canapp, Billy Hudson, Patti Blackburn, Bonnie Bitzel, Debbie Richards, Brenda Jackson and Miliza Hudson; beloved Aunt of 28 nieces and nephews; devoted Nana of 25 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.

The family will receive friends at BAILEY Funeral Home and Cremation Service, PA 4023 Annapolis Rd., Halethorpe, MD 21227 on Wednesday July 23, 2014 from 3-5 and 7-9. Funeral Service will be held on Thursday July 24, 2014 at 10AM at the funeral home. Interment will follow at Druid Ridge Cemetery 7900 Park Heights Ave, Baltimore, MD 21208.
