On Thursday, April 28, 2016, Edward L. Bulett  passed away of natural causes. Edward is survived by his mother Eva Atkinson; Carole Mincher (significant other); devoted children Connie Gauniel (husband Luther), Michelle Bulett (fiancé Roland Wagner), Christine Barton (Husband George), James Mincher and Jason Mincher (wife Rose); beloved siblings Mary Martin (husband Carl), Barbara Via (husband Wayne-predeceased) and Donna Moxley (fiancé James Saunders); preceded in death by his father William John Bulett Jr., and his brothers David Bulett and William Bulett; survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

A public visitation will be held on Tuesday, May 3, 2016 from 2-4PM and 6-8PM and Wednesday, May 4, 2016 from 2-4PM and 6-8PM at BAILEY Funeral Home and Cremation Service, PA.  A funeral service will be held on Thursday, May 5, 2016 beginning promptly at 11:00AM at the funeral home. Interment will follow to Meadowridge Memorial Park 7250 Washington Blvd, Elkridge, MD 21075.
