On Monday, August 5, 2019, Catherine "Cathy" L. Tolley passed away in Pasadena, MD. Cathy is survived by her beloved mother Patricia Harr; devoted husband Craig Tolley; loving mother-in-law Gertrude Tolley; beloved brother Robert Rothwell; devoted sister Andrea Rothwell; loved brother-in-law Paul Tolley; many loving cousins; and her loving godchildren. Cathy is preceded in death by her loving step-father, Clement Harr. 

A public visitation will be held on Monday, August 12, 2019 from 6:00-8:00 PM at the funeral home. A funeral service will be held Tuesday, August 13, 2019 from 9:00 AM – 9:30 AM at BAILEY Funeral Home and Cremation Service, PA. Interment will follow to Saint Paul Lutheran Cemetery, 1022 Joh Ave. Baltimore, Maryland 21229 arrival time 10:00 AM.
