Bradford Allen Thomas

Bradford Allen Thomas, 72, of Pasadena, MD, passed away peacefully on Friday, June 23rd, 2023. Brad was born on July 29th, 1950 to Claude and Gloria Thomas in Baltimore, Maryland. After Brad graduated from Lansdowne High School in 1968 he served in the United States Air Force. Brad was an officer in the Baltimore City Police Department for a few years before joining the Howard County Police Department in November 1974. He served 34 years and retired as a sergeant in 2008. Brad's first love of service was the fire department and EMS. He joined the English Consul Volunteer Fire Department as a junior when he was 11 years old.  Brad went on to be a Critical Care Paramedic after years of training and many hours of education. He was a devoted volunteer and took pride in his service to others. In 1984, Brad met Lori. They married in 1993 and went on to have two sons, Tyler and Travis. 

Brad is survived by his wife, Lori Thomas and his sons, Tyler Thomas and Travis Thomas. Also a granddaughter, Liliana Thomas. 
Services will be private. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to BARCS animal rescue, an organization Brad felt strongly about and supported.
