On Saturday, September 25, 2021, Betty J. Perkins passed away in Elkridge, MD. Betty is preceded in death by her loving husband Billie Perkins; beloved son Ronald E. Wishard, Jr.; devoted parents Carl L. McKenzie and Dorothy Wade-McKenzie; and her loving sister Linda C. Nash. Betty is survived by her loving daughter Susan Roberts (husband Bill); beloved grandchildren Randy M. Roberts (wife Kinga), and Jessica K. Tucker (husband Justin); devoted great grandchildren Alexander M. Roberts, Khloe S. Roberts, and Aleeah K. Tucker; beloved nephew Russell W. Nash; devoted niece Cindy T. Nash and a host of nieces and nephews; and her loving brother Carl L. McKenzie.

Private family services for Mrs. Perkins will be held at the funeral home. If you wish to send flowers, please do so by the end of the business day on Thursday, September 30, 2021.
