On Friday, March 29, 2019, Sandra Lee Boulden passed away in Baltimore, MD. Sandy is survived by her devoted husband, Walter Boulden; beloved mother Janet Elizabeth Stone; loving children Todd C. Boulden (wife Brandy Boulden) and Chad M. Boulden (wife Erin Boulden); siblings Mark Rhode and Karen Rhode; beloved grandchildren Evan, Ally and one on the way.
A public visitation will be held on Tuesday, April 2, 2019, from 6:00-8:00 PM at BAILEY Funeral Home and Cremation Service, PA. Interment will be private.
