On Wednesday, January 2, 2019, Philip Parker passed away in Baltimore, MD. Philip is survived by his loving children Angela Parker, Kenny Parker, Jeff Parker, Jamie Parker, Fallon Parker and Michael Quinn; 1 brother, 2 sisters and 17 grandchildren. Philip is preceded in death by his parents Elizabeth and Harvey Parker, his sister and his son Philip Parker, Jr.

A memorial service will be held on Thursday, January 10, 2019 from 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM at BAILEY Funeral Home and Cremation Service, PA
