BALLARD, JON RUSSELL 

On Thursday, August 1, 2019, Jon R. Ballard passed away in Glen Burnie, MD.  Jon is survived by his beloved mother Eva Ballard; devoted wife Valerie Ballard; loving children Wesley Green, Jr. (wife Caitlyn), Timothy Eicher (wife Stephanie), Cassie Costin (Husband Ryan) and Emily Ballard; siblings Wayne Meyers (wife Denise), Patricia Feiler and Brenda Parker (husband Gary); and 5 grandchildren. Jon is preceded in death by his beloved father James Ballard, brother Bobby and sister Donna. 

A public visitation will be held on Tuesday, August 6, 2019 from 10:00am-12:00pm. Funeral service will follow from 2:00-4:00pm with Military Honors at BAILEY Funeral Home and Cremation Service, PA.
