On Wednesday, October 18, 2017, Elfrieda B. Lowe passed away in Ellicott City, MD. Elfrieda is survived by her loving son, Dave Trott (wife Michele); devoted brothers Joey (wife Jo), Russell (wife Patty), John and Edward; grandchildren Casey, C.J., Jake, Jessica and a host of nieces and nephews. Elfrieda is preceded in death by her parents Joseph and Betty and her brother Raymond. 

On Saturday, October 28, 2017 a memorial service will be held in honor of Mrs. Elrieda Lowe beginning promptly at 11:00am at BAILEY Funeral Home and Cremation Service, PA.
