On Friday, December 22, 2023, Mr. Garcia Miller passed away in Baltimore, MD. Garcia is survived by his father Savoy Lee Miller, Sr. (wife Renee); beloved siblings Savoy Lee Miller, Jr. (wife Katherine), Robbie Gray (wife Regina), and Laura Renee Miller; 4 loving nephews. Garcia is preceded in death by his beloved mother Diane Phyllis Mitchell (nee Stewart). Garcia, as a devoted member of the DJ brotherhood, was known for his love of music which filled his life and heart.

A public visitation will be held on Friday, December 29, 2023 at Bailey Funeral Home and Cremation Service, PA from 2:00-4:00pm and 6:00-8:00pm. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 30, 2023 at 10:30am at the funeral home. The service will be led by Pastor Kevin English. Interment will follow at Arbutus Memorial Park.
